The London Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary…

You are invited to attend the Special Shrine Days August 13-22 inclusive at the London Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary located at St. Patrick’s Church – Merlin, 5773 10th Line Merlin, Ontario. Each day begins at 11:00 a.m. with the celebration of Mass followed by prayers for the sick, lunch, Rosary Procession with the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. It ends around 3:00 p.m. Two Vigil masses are celebrated on August 14th – Feast of the Assumption and 21st beginning at 9:00 p.m. (Shrine and Trails are lighted). Please bring a lawn chair and your own lunch as nothing is sold at the Shrine. Bus Going to the Diocesan Shrine…

At St. Patrick’s Church, RR #5 Merlin, Ontario on Saturday, August 15th on the Feast Day of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Bishop Anthony Daniels will be the Main Celebrant at the Mass (at 11:00 a.m.) at the Rosary Shrine. BUS is leaving St. Joseph’s Parking lot in Stratford at 8:00 a.m. Cost is $32.00 (bring a bag lunch). We will go home approximately 3:30 p.m. Call Elisabeth at 519-271-7233 to reserve a seat on the bus.

St. Columban Cemetery Sunday…

Is scheduled for Sunday, August 30th at 2:00 p.m. Fr. Chris Gillespie officiating. There will be bacon-on-a-bun provided by the Knights of Columbus. In case of inclement weather, Mass will be held at St. James Church in Seaforth.
